Free users can upload files up to 2GB each while premium users can upload files up to 5GB each! You can hardly find an opportunity to upload 5GB files somewhere else. We highly recommend to obtain a premium account if there is a necessity for you to share large files.
How many files can I upload to my FilePost account?
Generally you can upload as many files as possible, we do not have restrictions on a number of files. You can upload files that do not exceed your account space value.
I paid for a premium membership however I have not received login instructions. What should I do?
If you have not received login/password for your premium subscription, you can retrieve the password via a special form on our site - you just need to provide your transaction ID. Also please make sure your spam filter does not block letters from FilePost.
I have forgotten my account password. How can I get it?
